The Tera 9000 is a hands-free desktop barcode scanner. It is designed to be placed on a desktop next to the kiosk and will automatically scan barcodes as they are presented.

Configuration QR Codes

Scan each of the following QR codes using the barcode scanner. These configure the scanner to work with the rest of the system.

Careful

The scanner has a wide field of view and could accidentally scan a different code. Try covering the other codes with your hand, or zooming so only one is visible.

1. Reset to factory default
2. Set volume to low
3. Initialize add prefix sequence
4. Add “1” to prefix code
5. Add “1” to prefix code (again)
6. Add “2” to prefix code
7. Add “6” to prefix code
8. Save prefix sequence
9. Enable prefix
